Customizations are limited exclusively to select colors and animal prints, offered at Alaila Carroll’s discretion. Please note that while our clients wear and enjoy the collection, the designs represent Alaila Carroll’s style, not customized personal styles. Welcome to Alaila Carroll Style — thank you for shopping with us! These Terms and Conditions explain how we operate, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you when you visit our website or make a purchase. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Our Business
Alaila Carroll Style is an online fashion and lifestyle store offering high-quality, custom-designed luxury shoes, handbags, and accessories. Our goal is to deliver style, confidence, and exceptional quality to every customer.
These Terms apply to all users of our website — including browsers, customers, and anyone contributing content.
2. Eligibility
To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. When you make a purchase, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.
3. Product Information
We work hard to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and photos are accurate and up to date. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate.
All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, change prices, or update product details at any time without notice.
4. Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you agree to provide complete and correct information. Once you submit your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll contact you right away.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or stock issues.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers like Shopify Payments or PayPal. We never store your full payment details.
5. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but you’ll always pay the price listed at the time of your order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Each Alaila Carroll Style item is crafted to order, which means your design is made especially for you. Orders are shipped within 25 business days of purchase unless stated otherwise.
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds
Refund, Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: October 27, 2025

At Alaila Carroll Style, we want you to love your purchase. Because our products are crafted to order specifically for each customer, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the following terms.
Five-Day Cancellation Grace Period
Customers have five (5) calendar days from the date an order is placed to change their minds, cancel the order, and request a refund before production begins.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to alailacarrollstyle@yahoo.com within the five-day grace period.
If a written cancellation request is not received within five (5) calendar days, the order will be released into production and the crafting process will begin. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded while it is being crafted.
Because the product is crafted specifically for the customer, the customer must wait until the completed order has been delivered before requesting a return, refund, or exchange.
Ten-Day Return or Exchange Request Period
Customers have ten (10) calendar days from the date of delivery to submit a written return, refund, or exchange request.
Requests must be emailed to alailacarrollstyle@yahoo.com and include:
The customer’s full name
The order number
The product being returned or exchanged
The reason for the request
Photographs when the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise at issue
Telephone calls, social-media messages, and verbal requests do not constitute written authorization. All requests, approvals, authorization codes, return instructions, and related communications must be in writing.
Written Approval and Authorization Code Required
Customers must receive written approval from Alaila Carroll Style before returning any product.
If a request is approved, Alaila Carroll Style will provide the customer with:
Written return or exchange authorization
A refund approval code or exchange approval code
Return instructions
The authorized return address
Do not return a product without prior written approval and a valid authorization code. Alaila Carroll Style reserves the right to refuse an unauthorized return and deny the associated refund or exchange.
Receiving authorization does not guarantee a refund or exchange. Final eligibility will be determined after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Return Deadline
After receiving written approval and an authorization code, the customer has ten (10) business days to give the return package to an approved trackable shipping carrier, such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another recognized carrier.
The carrier acceptance date or official postmark must be no later than the tenth business day following the date written authorization was issued.
Returns shipped after this deadline may be refused, and the associated refund or exchange may be denied.
Tracking Requirement
All returned products must be shipped using a trackable delivery service. The customer must provide Alaila Carroll Style with the carrier’s name and valid tracking number in writing.
Alaila Carroll Style must be able to track the package throughout the return process. Customers should retain their shipping receipt and tracking information until the return, refund, or exchange has been completed.
Alaila Carroll Style is not responsible for an unauthorized, untracked, lost, misdirected, or stolen return package.
Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, the product must be:
Unworn and unused
Undamaged and unaltered
In its original, resalable condition
Returned with all original tags
Returned in its original packaging
Returned with all accessories, certificates, dust bags, boxes, and other materials originally included
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Shipped according to the written return instructions
Products that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, improper handling, missing packaging, or missing accessories may be refused and returned to the customer without a refund or exchange.
Return Address
Approved returns must be sent only to the address provided in the written return authorization:
Sending a product to this address without prior written approval and a valid authorization code does not make the product eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an exchange is approved because of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product when delivered, Alaila Carroll Style will cover the cost of shipping the approved replacement product to the customer.
Exchanges
Approved exchanges are available for eligible products of equal or lesser value. The original product must satisfy all return-condition requirements.
The replacement product will be shipped after the original product has been received, inspected, and approved.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, Alaila Carroll Style may offer another eligible product or issue an approved refund to the original payment method.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect their orders immediately upon delivery.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, or if the wrong product was delivered, the customer must contact alailacarrollstyle@yahoo.com in writing within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
The written notice must include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product, packaging, and damage or error. Alaila Carroll Style will evaluate the request and provide written instructions.
Customers must not discard, alter, wear, use, or return the product unless instructed to do so in writing.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law:
Sale or clearance merchandise
Gift cards
Personalized products
Special-order products
Products altered or customized at the customer’s request
Products that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Products returned without their original tags, packaging, accessories, or materials
Products returned without written approval and a valid authorization code
A standard Alaila Carroll Style product being crafted to fulfill an order is governed by the five-day cancellation and post-delivery return terms stated in this policy. Additional personalization, customization, or special-order work may make a product non-returnable.
European Union Cooling-Off Rights
When merchandise is shipped to a customer in the European Union, eligible customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within fourteen (14) days under applicable consumer-protection law.
Returned products must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase included.
Certain personalized, customized, or specially made products may be excluded from statutory cooling-off rights where permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Return Inspection and Approval
Alaila Carroll Style will notify the customer in writing after the returned product has been received and inspected.
The inspection will determine whether the product meets all return requirements. If approved, the customer will receive written confirmation that the refund or exchange has been accepted.
If the return is denied, Alaila Carroll Style will explain the decision in writing. The customer may be responsible for any cost associated with sending an ineligible product back to them.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after the returned product has been inspected and the refund has been approved.
Banks and credit-card companies may require additional time to process and post a refund. Alaila Carroll Style does not control those processing times.
If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since receiving written confirmation that a refund was approved, contact alailacarrollstyle@yahoo.com.
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Alaila Carroll Style, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
Products are crafted to order.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing during the five-day grace period.
Once production begins, an order cannot be canceled or refunded while it is being crafted.
After delivery, a return, refund, or exchange request must be submitted in writing within ten calendar days.
The customer must receive written approval and an authorization code before returning the product.
The approved return must be given to a trackable shipping carrier within ten business days after authorization is issued.
The customer must provide the tracking information to Alaila Carroll Style in writing.
The product must satisfy all return-condition requirements before a refund or exchange will be issued.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, and the associated refund or exchange may be denied.
